GUCH Patients Association Research Policy

Overview

GUCH Patients Association welcomes the opportunity to work in partnership with researchers, when their research is likely to benefit patients and the patient's participation will be empowering and their experience of it will be rewarding and pleasant.

We are a small organisation and focus our limited resources on patient services, so unfortunately we are rarely able to fund research ourselves although we are happy to join you in writing joint bids to funding bodies.

Conditions of participation Process

  1. Have been passed by the researcher's own ethics committee.

Please approach GUCH PA in good time to allow this to happen (usually a minimum of 3 months)
