Here are some places to find support and information if you are if you have lost a loved one. There is no wrong or right way to grieve and people can have many different sorts of feelings and reactions. It can be helpful to find people and places that can support you in coming to terms with loss. Here are some useful helplines and websites:

Cruse Bereavement Care: They promote the well-being of bereaved people and to enable anyone bereaved by death to understand their grief and cope with their loss. Services are free to bereaved people. The organisation provides support and offers information, advice, education and training services. Groups across the country.
