Feeling Like Ending It All?

Sometimes feelings and situations can become overwhelming and lead people to feel suicidal. This can be scary and at times of crisis it is important to:
  • Get support - talk to someone or ring a helpline
  • Wait - give yourself some time. Suicide is final and there is no going back
  • Find ways of keeping yourself safe
  • Remember feelings change and can be moved through. Wrap up in the duvet and hold in there
  • Distract yourself by getting involved with other activities
